Do you offer a free design service?
Yes. If you don't have finished artwork, we offer a free design service to get your file print-ready, so a rough idea or a half-finished file is a good place to start.
Do I need print-ready artwork before I order?
No. Print-ready artwork, correct size, bleed and resolution, moves fastest through production, but it is not a requirement. Bring or send what you have and we will tell you honestly whether it is usable as it is or needs adjusting.
Can you print my order the same day?
It depends on the product, your artwork and what time you order. Simple items like business cards, flyers and stickers are often achievable same day with ready artwork and an early order. Can I collect my order, or do you deliver?
Both. Most customers collect from our Tooting High Street shop, and we can also discuss delivery for your order depending on the product and your location.
What if I need a different size or quantity to what is shown on a product page?
Call us with the quantity or size you need and we will confirm pricing and availability. The options shown on each product page are a guide, not a fixed list.
Do you offer dissertation and thesis binding?
Yes, including spiral, comb, perfect, hardback and thread-sewn binding. Requirements vary by university, so check your department's specification before ordering. See our dissertation and thesis binding guide for the different binding types and what to check.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
A print-ready PDF is usually easiest to work with, but send us whatever you have, a Word document, an image, or a design file, and we will tell you whether it is usable as it is or needs adjusting.
Can you help me choose the right product for my project?
Yes. Tell us what the item is for, its final size, quantity, artwork and deadline, and we can discuss suitable options rather than leaving you to guess from a long list of products.
