A greeting card covers far more than birthdays. We regularly print cards for new babies, retirements and leaving days, get well wishes, thank yous, sympathy, anniversaries and any other occasion where a standard shop-bought card doesn't quite fit, a personal message, a company logo, or a design specific to the person it's for.

Folded or flat cards

Most greeting cards are printed folded, a design on the front, blank or printed inside for a handwritten message. A flat card works better for something like a photo card or an invitation-style greeting where the whole surface is used for the design. Either way, we can advise on which suits your artwork once we see it.

A single card or a batch

A single, one-off card, a leaving card signed by a whole office, or a large photo collage card for a big occasion, is just as normal an order for us as a batch of the same design for a business to send to multiple clients or staff. Tell us the occasion and quantity and we'll confirm what's realistic for your deadline.

Paper stock and finish

A heavier card stock, generally 300gsm and up, gives a greeting card a more premium feel and stands up better if it's going to be displayed on a shelf or mantelpiece. A matte finish suits a more tasteful, understated design, while a gloss finish makes colours and photos pop, worth deciding based on the design itself rather than by default.
