Custom t-shirt printing in London, from a single shirt to a small run — DTF printing, with free design help.
A single t-shirt or a small custom run is a different job to a bulk branded order: cost structure and turnaround work differently when you're producing one or a handful of shirts rather than fifty or a hundred of the same design.
We print using DTF (direct-to-film), which transfers your design onto the garment after printing it onto a special film. It reproduces full-colour, photographic or gradient designs well, works on a wide range of fabrics including cotton and polyester, and has no large minimum order, so it suits a single shirt just as well as a bulk run.
Because DTF has no large minimum, a bulk or branded order doesn't need a different process to a single shirt, tell us your quantity and we'll confirm pricing and a realistic turnaround. It also produces a durable, full-colour print that holds up to repeated washing, whatever the order size.
Because you're not ordering in bulk, there's more flexibility to personalise, a name, a date, a specific design for one person or a small group, without the cost penalty that would come with customising individual garments within a large branded order.
If you're ordering a shirt as a gift or for a specific occasion, a birthday, an announcement, a hen or stag do, a family reunion or a one-off celebration, tell us the occasion and timeframe, since these orders are often time-sensitive in a way a standing branded order isn't. Matching designs across a small group, family members' names on identical shirts, or a shared date or slogan, works well with DTF since each shirt can be personalised without extra setup cost.
For a five-a-side team, a school group, a fun run or a one-off sports event, a small run of matching or individually numbered shirts is exactly the kind of order DTF suits best: full-colour club badges or numbers print well, and there's no minimum design change cost if a few shirts need a different name or number to the rest.
If your design only exists as a low-resolution image, a screenshot or a photo of a logo, it's worth having it redrawn as a proper print-ready file before ordering, since that makes the biggest difference to how the finished print looks. If you're not sure whether your file is ready, send it over or bring it into our Tooting shop and we'll tell you plainly what's needed, or put it together for you as part of our free design service.
If you need it quickly, DTF is generally fast to turn around for a small quantity, so tell us your deadline and we can confirm what's realistically achievable.
As well as our Tooting shop, we regularly print t-shirts for customers across London, including Tooting, Balham, Wandsworth, Clapham, Wimbledon and Streatham. See our full areas covered page for the complete list, or contact us to confirm collection or delivery for your area.
We print on a range of garment styles and sizes to suit single shirts, small runs and bulk branded orders. Tell us your preferred style, fabric and size range and we'll confirm availability before you order.

Whether it's one shirt or a small run of a dozen, single and small-quantity t-shirt printing is a different job to a bulk branded order. We print using DTF (direct-to-film), which handles full-colour and photographic designs well and has no large minimum order, so it works just as well for a single shirt as it does for a bulk order. That makes it a practical route for personalised gifts, family or event tees, sports kits and one-off designs, not just team branding.
